REPORT FROM THE PRESENTATION OF ISO CERTIFICATES TO ASHIALIN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED BY INTERCONFORMITY ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION COMAPAY LIMITED ON THE 31ST JANUARY, 2017 AT THE COMPANY HEADOFFICE AT OVWIAN-WARRI, DELTA STATE, NIGERIA.
The event began by welcoming of the representatives of Internconformity Assessment and Certification by Engr. Anyaneto Sunday (the General Manager of ASHIALIN).
Afterwards, the presentation proper was commenced by INTERCONFORMITY repersentatives.
In the words of Mr. Aribodor Churchill (The representative of INTERCONFORMITY Assessment and Certification Limited)
“I want to sincerely welcome you to the formal presentation of your ISO certification. On behalf of INTERCONFORMITY Assessment and Certification, I want to congratulate you once again on this achievement which we consider very loadable for your organization. It is not an easy task for any organization. You company has been adjudged to have met the requirement of the Standards to which you sort certification.
What we are doing today is the final ritual which is the formal presentation of the certification. But before we go into that there is usually some key information at this stage which the certification rule is required to be communicated back to the organization; that the certification belongs both to the Company and INTERCONFORMITY. For every cert which is a global practice there are certain things the organization needs to do to keep it working. There are certain things that must be done, such as maintaining the system for continual improvement which basically the reason you got the certification in the first place. Your team is aware of all the things that have been put in place in the past and these things will also be required to be continued on daily and annual bases and as may be required. From INTERCONFORMITY, annual surveillance audit is mandatory, and this is just to check that the Quality System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System or the Environmental Management Systems is still being adhered to. But I must say it is a great achievement and I am sure the company will surely reap the benefit of being certified.
Finally, on behalf of Internconformity, I want to present these certifications to the Managing Director of ASHIALIN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
This first Certification for Environmental Management System for meeting the requirements of ISO 14001: 2004.
The Second presentation is the certification to the Management System of OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Sysytem.
Finally, I will also want to do another presentation to the M.D for your Quality Management System to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008”.
He also thanked ASHIALIN for choosing Internconformity and wished the company success in her future endeavors. He assured the management that the certification will bring blessings and jobs to the company.
In response, Prince MATTHEW ASHIA (The C.E.O/Managing Director of ASHIALIN INTENATIONAL LIMITED) firstly thanking God for the lives of all and for His mercies. He thanked Mr. Aribodor for all the support and corporation given to ASHIALIN during the period of putting our documentation together till the present moment of presentation.
He promised that company will try its best to sustain and maintain the requirements of the Standards. He requested that the goodwill message from ASHIALIN be passed to Management and staff of Internconformity.
The Managing Director dedicated the three certificates to the workers of the company for their commitment and effort towards this achievement and for the day-to-day running of the company.
The event ended with light refreshment and taking of photographs.
